Hooray for Stability!

I found out today that I will be moving to third grade next year. After moving to fifth grade four days before school started this past year, knowing what I will be teaching next year is a breath of fresh air! The grade change brings positives and negatives. On the bright side, I will be teaching with one of the teachers I taught with last year, and I loved him. Unfortunately third grade is not included in the technology grant that I won this year, so I will be losing all of the wonderful things that came into my classroom. Overall I think this will be a very good move for me!

I love the third grade its alot of fun. It'll also be nice to be more prepared this year and not feel like your were thrown in the grade at the last second. Your such an awesome person I am sure you will do great in any grade. Good Luck!

What great news. I loved third grade! I remember playing ukuleles. That was a blast. You will be so good. It is so fun to think of you as a teacher. I got my teaching degree too in secondary ed...health and P.E. but never got the chance to teach them. I did teach social dance though for a while. If you were to tell me back in high school that we'd both end up as teachers after graduation I wouldn't have believed it? Would you? Too cool. I know that you are an awesome teacher though. I can't wait to see you guys again. It's been since your wedding I think! Where are you living anyway? I could just keep going on and on. There's so much to catch up on.

Rashel, we'll be staying at my parents house for about 2 months till we find a place of our own (july to sept. They're serving a mission so the house will be empty. We'll be so close to you guys! We'll try to find a place in the Provo/Orem area. I really need to get your email address or phone number so I can write tons and not worry about hogging up your comments space. Is it safe to post our email addresses on here?
