Magnificent Maggie

A couple of days ago Maggie turned three months old. I can't believe how fast she is growing. She is in such hurry to grow up and join her sister in fun filled action.

A few things about our Mag:

She hardly ever cries. I can go days without hearing her cry.
She grunts when she needs something.
She has a smile for everyone.
She laughed for the first time over a week ago and has only repeated once.
She is extraordinarily strong.
She wants to be a part of everything.
She has slept through the night for about two months now, sometimes going as long as 9 hours.
She has a crazy gag reflex. She can be happily sucking on her bink and all of a sudden start gagging.
She is tall. (Me have a tall daughter? What?!)
She has lovely curls and pretty blue eyes.
She looks just like her dad.
She has the best big sister in the world, and in turn, is the best little sister in the world.
She makes our lives better every day, and completes our little family.

I can't imagine our lives without this sweet little girl. We really have been blessed with our wonderful girls!

Emily and Maggie's Eggcellent Adventures!

Our Easter weekend started out at the Thanksgiving Point Easter Egg Hunt. It was rainy and cold so Maggie didn't emerge from the warm cocoon that was the covered car seat in the double stroller, but despite the crummy weather, Emily had a great time.

In this one you can actually see a parent snatching an egg
that Emily was trying to pick up. This hunt is crazy!

The Easter Bunny heard that Emily loved Blue's Clues, so he left her some clues that led to her Easter basket!

Finding the trail of clues

Even sister Maggie was a clue!

Victory at last!

Lovely Easter sisters

Showcasing some fantastic cheeks!

After naps, we went over to Grandma's house to have the annual Rasmussen Egg Hunt. My mom goes crazy with the eggs, and the kids love it.

Once again we had a great Easter filled with lots of fun and family.
