Ben had the day off, so I started my Halloween by going to my mom's to get my costume ready for school. Emily and Ben stayed home and slept in. School was the usual craziness that Halloween at elementary schools always is, but it was a lot of fun.
When I got home from work, Ben and Emily had already carved the pumpkin, so I don't have any pictures. We then put out our candy with a sign, please take two, and left for my mom's house. (For those of you wondering, our candy did presumably get dumped into one selfish person's bag.)
At my mom's we had some delicious soup, and met up with Emily's cousins Averley and Aidan to go trunk-or-treating at my sister's ward.
Emily scored big time, and we had lots of fun!

Also, good luck with next three sets of three weeks. You can do it! Especially because it's not 3 huge events happening in the SAME three weeks. (Whew!)

Okay, the oompa loopma costume is so great. I cracked up when I saw it. I'm glad Emily is enjoying the holidays. :)
